4. Processing and Delivery

6. Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage of parcels where the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address.

  • Any errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

Our liability will always be limited to the amount of the relevant order, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
