Return Policy
At MARNOIR CANADA, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs and customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all original labels and tags still attached.

Trying on is allowed, but wearing the item is not.

Ordering the same product in multiple sizes with the intention of (partially) returning is not permitted.
- Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for a refund. These purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the sizing is incorrect.
Return Process

Register your return via info@marnoircanada.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in Asia).

You return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method.
Refunds
After the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Product images & variations
We aim to represent all MARNIOR CANADA products as accurately as possible in our photos and descriptions. Please note that minor variations in colour, fabric texture or small details may occur between the product and the images shown, due to lighting, screen settings and production batches. These slight differences do not affect the overall quality of the item and do not constitute a defect.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
